Applying and UKEAS Service

The application process:

  • Free counselling service and school search

Your UKEAS counselor will talk to you and conduct a needs analysis to ensure that they understand what you are looking for from a language school. Once they have established your needs and your budget, they will then introduce a selection of language schools that meet that profile and introduce them to you in depth. Together you will then choose the right school and course and proceed to complete an application.

  • Deposit & Fees

Most schools will require you to pay a deposit at the time of applying. Your UKEAS counselor will help you with this as well as advise you about any special offers available at the school they have introduced. Once you have paid the deposit your counselor will liaise with the school to confirm receipt and request the invoice for the remainder of the course. When that is received your counselor will check that to make sure everything is correct and explain any terms and entries on the invoice.

  • Registration, airport pickup and accommodation

Your UKEAS counselor will stay in touch with the school and arrange any airport pickup required, your accommodation and ensure all documentation is received that you will need for any visa applications. Because of our long experience with language schools, we will usually be able to offer detailed advice on accommodation options as well as travel between airports and your chosen school.

  • Visa, flight and insurance

Your UKEAS counselor will then help you to apply for the visa, to book your flight tickets and to buy insurance.

  • Pre Departure Briefing (PDB)

Your UKEAS counselor will provide you with a comprehensive PDB and all the information that you might need prior to your departure to the UK. Don't worry, your experienced counselor will help you to adapt and enjoy the life in the UK.

  • On going support

Our services don't stop after you get to the UK.  UKEAS offers continuous support whilst in the UK and Ms Su Hayter, who is in charge of the UKEAS UK office can give you instant help.
